Liz Scott

Senior Creative Producer

I’ve always been drawn to creativity in one form or another. I studied Art and Design in college, earning both my associate and bachelor’s degrees, and since then I’ve spent my entire career working in the agency world. Agency life has given me the opportunity to work across a wide range of creative disciplines—from video production and editing to photography, graphic design, branding, and web. I love being able to bring ideas to life in different ways and adapt my creativity to whatever a project needs.

Over the years, I’ve had the chance to collaborate with incredibly talented teams and work on projects that have received industry recognition and awards. I’ve also had the opportunity to work with and meet some well-known individuals, including Warren Buffett, Tom Osborne, Mark Kerr, and many others. Experiences like these continue to remind me how powerful good storytelling and creative work can be.

Creativity doesn’t really stop when the workday ends for me. Outside of work, I’m usually doing something creative—crafting, making art, or finding inspiration in unexpected places. I love spending time with my family, hanging out with my nieces and nephews, and of course with my cat, Benny. When I’m not creating something, you’ll probably find me thrifting with friends or adding to one of my many collections—LEGO sets, Funko Pops, and the occasional odd artifact that catches my eye.

For me, creativity isn’t just a job—it’s something that shows up in every part of life.

If I weren’t so good at my job, I’d probably be… An archaeologist, a tattoo artist… or a princess. Honestly, I feel like all three would suit me just fine.

Cats or dogs? Cats. No contest.

Spice scale? Somewhere between “Scary Spice” and “wait… this isn’t a Spice Girls question?”

What’s the most inspiring part of your job? Getting to work with so many amazing people and hearing their incredible stories. Every day brings a new perspective and reminds me how resilient and inspiring people can be.

If you were a superhero, what would your power be? Invisibility. Purely for observational purposes… definitely not for spying and eavesdropping.

If you could be anywhere else right now, where would you be? Scotland. I’ve never been, but I have a strong feeling that once I go, I may never come back.

Have you ever had a brush with fame? I met Sean Astin at a mental health benefit where he spoke about his personal struggles and experiences. I got to talk with him for about five minutes while he held my hand — and yes, I walked away sobbing. It was such an incredible moment. (Did I mention I’m a huge Lord of the Rings fan.)
