Kathy Broniecki, APR, is the co-owner and CEO of Envoy, Inc. and Envoy Fresh. She has a vast experience in communications strategy and implementation and holds an Accreditation in Public Relations from the Public Relations Society of America. Additionally, she is certified in Crisis Communications. She has dealt with critical communications issues that could impact a company’s future. Kathy understands the importance of having a plan in place before you need it to safeguard the company’s reputation, operations, employee morale, business relationships, and demand for products and services.

Kathy holds a bachelor’s degree in advertising, journalism, and public relations from Wichita State University. She began her career at a large advertising agency in Omaha after graduating. In 1987, she became part of Envoy, Inc. and eventually became a co-owner in 2003. Throughout her career, Kathy has focused on effectively communicating brand messages to consumers. Growing up on a wheat and cattle farm, she learned the value of hard work and the importance of food production in people’s lives. This lesson stayed with her as she worked with food and beverage manufacturers.

Kathy has held several board positions in the community and currently serves as a communication and marketing partner for the Child Saving Institute. She is also a former board chair and member of the Public Relations Society of America Nebraska Chapter.
