Kathy Broniecki, APR – CEO and Co-Owner of Envoy, Inc.

Kathy Broniecki spent her childhood on a beef and wheat farm in western Kansas, where she was deeply influenced by her farmer parents’ dedication and hard work. This upbringing instilled in her a profound understanding of farmers’ crucial role in feeding the world. It also ignited her passion for marketing fresh food and beverages, which continues to drive her today.

Kathy’s fascination with marketing began in college, sparked by her interest in toothpaste commercials. She graduated from Wichita State University with a Bachelor of General Studies degree, having changed her focus four times before finding her passion in journalism, advertising, and public relations. After graduating, she moved to Omaha and began her career at an Omaha advertising agency.

In 2003, Kathy became an owner at Envoy, Inc. She holds an Accreditation in Public Relations and has completed the Crisis Communication Master Class. She is also an adjunct professor at Creighton University, teaching advertising, public relations, and writing courses.

Kathy’s commitment to community service is a testament to her values and dedication to supporting businesses, particularly nonprofits, in her community. Her involvement in various boards, including Completely Kids, Child Saving Institute, The African Culture Connection, and professional organizations like AAF, AMA, and PRSA, underscores her multifaceted approach to business and community engagement. This deep-rooted commitment to social responsibility is crucial to her professional journey.

Kathy understands consumer behavior and has a proven track record of successfully marketing to consumers. Her extensive experience developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns has consistently driven results for her clients, particularly in the food and beverage industry. This expertise instills confidence in her clients and partners, knowing that their marketing strategies are in capable hands.

When she is not working, Kathy enjoys spending time with her family and grandchildren. Her bucket list includes visiting all NFL stadiums in the country and as many national parks as possible.

If you were a pasta shape, what shape would you be and why?
I’d be a fusilli because it’s adaptable, works well with others, and its twists represent the multifaceted nature of strategic communication.
