A core member of the design team, Tom directs the creative direction and emotional tone of client projects. He balances fine art, graphic design, animation, typography, video, and color theory to help define brand vision with clarity. Tom has received awards for illustration, design, animation, and video editing for clients such as The Bradley Center, Hiland Dairy, Ronald McDonald House Omaha, and others.
Earning an MFA, some areas of the creative arts Tom has studied over the years include design, painting, photography, illustration, and motion graphics. He has taught college-level design courses and exhibited his paintings and animations in galleries while gaining several artist grants. With over 36 years of design experience, Tom’s commitment is to creating clear communication through quality design regardless of media.
He and his wife love potlucks with friends and traveling to see museums and botanical gardens, between stops for a good local brew — both coffee and beer.
If I could invent a holiday, it would definitely involve silent walking in nature.
If I weren’t so damn good at my job, I’d probably be a artist/cartoonist.
