Emma is a people-focused operational leader with a background in building efficient systems and developing high-performing teams. She brings experience in organizational operations, process improvements, and cross-functional coordination. Emma holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management from Oklahoma State University where she developed her love for creating environments where people and systems thrive together.
Having grown up with a dad who is a marketing professor, she was surrounded early on by conversations about strategy, messaging, and brand – making her path into marketing feel both full-circle and right at home.
The best piece of advice I’ve ever been given is to not be afraid to take up space. You have a valuable opinion and shouldn’t feel the need to shy away from using your voice.
