Answer: Cancun, Mexico! I love the sun, beach, and the authentic Mexican tacos! Since I am Mexican, it’s a piece of home every time I go to visit. However, take me to any beach and I’ll be happy.
Who is someone you admire, and why?
Answer: My incredibly wonderful mother, Violet. My mom has always been kind, passionate, and artistic. I admire her strength, resilience and sense of humor. She is the strongest woman I know, and gave me an infinite amount of confidence and opportunities. The best thing she ever told me growing up was “You are capable of anything you want to do. If they can do it, why can’t you?”
When I was 5, I was pretty sure I’d be a [JOB/PROFESSION] when I grew up.
Answer: A doctor — I pretended to give my mom a shot with her hoop earring and I pierced her back by accident. Then I grew up and realized broken anything is terrifying to me.

Answer: 10 AND BEYOND! I eat a serrano pepper (hotter than jalapeno) with almost every meal. I can show you my grocery store receipts, I get around 20 everytime I go to the grocery store. I love spice!
What advice would you give a candidate who wants to join our team of superstars?
Answer: Don’t be scared to tune into ALL of your creative ideas and passions! It’s welcomed here and appreciated. Make the position YOURS, it’s okay to do things different from the previous role and make it your dream role.

Answer: “BE KIND no matter what.”
What’s the most inspiring part of your job?
The people. I work with an incredible leadership team and colleagues that inspire me to work hard everyday and tune into my creativity. I also get to think outside the box! What a dream it is to bring in all your crazy, fun ideas into the workplace everyday.
