The Magic Number

Three to five years experience.

As a recent graduate, those numbers and that phrase became all too familiar while applying for full-time jobs. The only solution: gain more experience.

Below are my goals to achieve as an Envoy intern:

Gain community-wide event planning experience.
Learn additional social media strategies.
Observe agency/client communications.
Learn from the expertise of the agency professionals about the day to day operations of Envoy, Inc.
Stay current in the profession through PRSA.

Gaining experience in an agency is exactly what I was looking for and this Envoy opportunity came at the perfect time. Including my past internships and now this one, I am halfway to that magic number!
